Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the Swiss Village resort, where the team went above and beyond to help me out, especially when I left behind some personal items. The morning buffet was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed the beautiful setting. However, there were language barriers that made communication a bit challenging. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its hiccups.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially the two female managers. However, many challenges arose due to communication barriers, and the hotel seemed to have some maintenance issues. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, while the beach area was lovely, but service-wise, I faced quite a few hurdles that made my experience less enjoyable.
I had an incredible experience at the Swiss Village resort! The staff went above and beyond, especially one team member named Thuy, who helped me recover some lost belongings after my stay. The morning buffet was delightful, although I did encounter a few hiccups with the language barrier during my stay. Overall, it’s an amazing place, but I would recommend it mostly to those comfortable with the local language.
My stay was quite mixed. The hotel is mostly filled with Russian guests, and the language barrier was a challenge for me as I don't speak those languages. However, the staff, especially the two female managers, were incredibly helpful. The beach was lovely, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, I felt uneasy with room issues and inconsistent communication, which made my experience less enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was lovely with a nice beach and beautiful gardens, communication with the staff was quite challenging due to the language barrier. The rooms were spacious and cleaned well, but I faced some issues with hot water and room service that seemed to complicate my experience. Overall, it's a mixed bag—there were highlights, but significant areas need improvement.
